Cancellation/Refund Policy: A 75 % refund will be made for cancellations received before August 1, 2010. A 50 % refund will be made for any cancellation between August 1 and August 30. No refunds will be made after August 30, 2010. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Airport shuttle service is available at a discounted rate to NEI attendees by Tidewater Coach. To book airport shuttle service, visit www.tidewatercoach.com/CREATE.
*Please call the Williamsburg Hospitality House hotel at (757) 229-4020 and tell the hotel that you would like to reserve one (or more) of the $129.00 rooms blocked for the CREATE NEI Conference. If no rooms are available at the Hospitality House, then please click on the following link for other hotels in the area: http://www.hotelsnearcampus.com/college-hotels/college-of-william-and-mary-va/. For hotels within 1-2 miles of the Hospitality House and the School of Education, we recommend the Fairfield Inn and Suites, the Holiday Inn Express, or the Hilton Garden Inn, all on Richmond Road.
Also note: There are other groups that have blocked rooms at the Hospitality House on dates that overlap the NEI. However, after September 8, any unreserved rooms will become available, so please be sure to check back with the Hospitality House.
** Conference registration includes a one-year membership in CREATE, conference reception, two breakfasts, one lunch, & conference materials.
